Meet Our Team
Adrian is one of the founding Directors and owners of B & K Consulting. Adrian is focused on recruitment within the life insurance and superannuation sectors. Within those industries Adrian recruits roles across the Actuarial, Product & Distribution.
John is a Director at B & K Consulting, joining the business in late 2015 and he has 16 years of recruitment experience across both Sydney and London.
Elaine is a Specialist Consultant focusing on entry to mid level roles within Banking & Credit. She plans to expand her knowledge and experience in this area with further exposure to the market.
Kevin is a Senior Specialist Insurance Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the UK and Australian Life & General Insurance markets.
Claudine B & K’s recruitment resourcer and candidate care specialist having started in April 2021.
Conor is a Specialist Consultant focusing on a range of operational and distribution based roles. His key interests lie within the Fund Management space and the services that come with it.
Having joined in 2015, Cindy is B & K Consulting’s Office manager and the glue that keeps the team together.
Helen joined the team in 2016 and is now the main marketing driver at B & K Consulting.
