The Role
- We are seeking a highly capable administration officer who takes full ownership of their responsibilities, delivers accurate outcomes, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and systems. Working closely with senior leadership, this role is central to the administration of a private investment fund and lending portfolio. You will support Investor Management, Loan Management, and key business initiatives within a structured and compliance driven financial environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in detail oriented roles, enjoys process improvement, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Investor Management (Core Focus)
- Manage end to end investor administration and records
- Prepare investor reports and statements
- Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of investor payments
- Ensure strict compliance across all investor documentation and reporting
- Maintain and optimise data in Excel and Salesforce using a customised investor management system

Project and Event Support
- Provide administration support for business projects, marketing events, and expansion initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and system enhancements
About You
- 2 to 5+ years administration experience (financial services, lending, funds management, compliance, or professional services preferred)
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take accountability for outcomes
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High compliance awareness and confidence working within regulated processes
- Strong understanding of Excel and Salesforce systems
