Core offerings include an investment platform (super and investment capability) and financial planning software. What you’ll do
Reporting to the Head of Adviser Services, your role is critical to the success in servicing our clients by ensuring daily deliverables are completed within SLA and to a high standard. This role will support our clients with a strong focus on service excellence and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of complex issues. You will also manage the operational relationship with the outsourced member administrator.
Take ownership of project planning and execution, giving you the chance to develop your leadership and decision making skills.
What you’ll need
- Multiple years of experience across financial advice or wealth management sectors, working with advisors.
- Prior experience in complaint resolution across superannuation or wealth advice is preferrable
- RG146 certification is highly regarded
- Prior experience in team management is preferable
