What you'll do

Identify and engage with referral partners in target sectors like mortgage brokers, general insurance brokers and financial advisers. These are professionals who stand to benefit from diversifying their revenue streams and you’ll help them see the full potential.

As the central point of contact, you’ll support partners in embedding the proposition, driving referrals and ensuring it delivers a win/win for all parties. You’ll also collaborate internally to keep everything running smoothly and aligned with partner needs.

What you'll need

  • Experience in client-facing positions where building relationships and trust was key
  • Background in financial services—life insurance, general insurance, mortgage broking or financial advice will give you a head start
  • A growth mindset and a proven track record of driving business development or sales initiatives
