What you’ll do


Recruiting new partners will be your focus, giving you the chance to identify new channels and opportunities. You’ll craft and articulate the value proposition, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to conversion.
As the face of the brand, you’ll build strong relationships and represent the business at key events. Your sales and business development experience will be put to good use, driving growth and building a high-performing network.

What you’ll need

  • Proven track record in sales or business development, with a focus on building pipelines and achieving growth objectives
  • Experience in life insurance, platforms, or licensee environments, giving you an understanding of this sector of the market
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit partners, as this will be central to your success
