What you’ll do
Manage end-to-end life insurance claims, acting as a trusted advocate for clients throughout the process. You’ll review policy wording, medical evidence and insurer assessments to ensure fair outcomes, and build strong relationships with advisers, insurers, employer groups and external specialists.
You’ll handle complex stakeholder conversations with empathy and professionalism, and identify opportunities to improve claims processes and outcomes.
What you’ll need
Experience managing Life, TPD, Trauma and/or Income Protection claims, along with strong technical capability and genuine care for clients. You’ll need to manage sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
While experience within retail life insurance claims is highly regarded, the most important thing is your motivation to make a meaningful difference for clients.
