Our client is an established fintech which provides innovative technology solutions to a number of Australian Financial Services business. The company has a customer centric approach and a service offering that adds genuine value to their clients. This role's key focus will be to manage client's needs and also look at ways of growing revenue and passing on commercial opportunities to the business.

You will have the backing of a motivated team who are united in a purpose to make the company the most successful company in their industry space. You will inherit a range of current and potential clients and look at areas of opportunity within them. You will be expected to get to know and understand your client base and become a trusted partner, who can assist and support them operationally and with market insights.



Key Responsibilities – External

  • Accountable as the lead on the specific client strategy, engaging across each client’s key stakeholders.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with a large portfolio of assigned clients and contacts across the entire value chain through:
    • Handling day-to-day queries in a timely and accurate manner
    • Act as point of escalation to the Operations Team
    • Ensure delivery of monthly reports to assigned clients
    • Drive Service Review Meetings with relevant clients
    • Regular and ad hoc client interaction
  • Identify and manage opportunities for networking across different industry groups
  • Achieve strong insight into each client’s business offering, structure, challenges, and their expectations from a service provider.
  • Accountable for the management of client satisfaction and organic growth through learning how we can help our clients further.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient on-boarding of new clients and new services to existing clients, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Logging client interaction in Salesforce and ensuring team members are fully up to date on all activity.



Key Responsibilities – Internal


  • Accountable as the lead on specific client strategy engaging key internal stakeholders in support.
  • Accountable for the quality, accuracy & timeliness of defined client data and opportunity on Salesforce.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts for all opportunities identified.
  • Develop strong and open working relationships with all internal stakeholders including Management, Sales & RM, Operations, Client Delivery, Marketing, Legal, Finance & Development.
  • Provide up to date product and industry knowledge as well as organisational updates.
  • Fully participate in all aspects of the team including:
    • Attainment of growth and revenue targets
    • Developing and adjusting strategic plan
    • Events and marketing activity
  • Analyse industry news, data & trends to establish the company's market position.
  • Identify areas of new business growth and present to the Head of Australia and New Zealand.



Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience within the funds industry and knowledge of the processes underlying it.
  • Capability to build a deep and thorough knowledge of the services the business offers.
  • Ability to work at all levels from driving a sales conversation to learning the operational realities of their clients.
