The Role
- As a Client Services Consultant , you will be the first point of contact for high-value clients, providing personalized support and expert guidance throughout their lending journey. You will play a key role in fostering long-term relationships, delivering bespoke solutions, and ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience. Both contract and permanent positions are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for premium customers, delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.
- Assist clients with account management, ensuring accuracy in personal details, loan applications, and document submissions.
- Provide high-touch support throughout the loan process, working closely with internal credit and underwriting teams to streamline approvals.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, addressing concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous records and uphold high data integrity standards.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with a consultative approach, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
About You
- Experience: At least one year in a client-facing role ideally a phone-based role (financial services, banking, wealth management, or related industries).
- Education: Tertiary education is preferred but not essential.
- Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a consultative, solutions-driven mindset.
- Mindset: A proactive, customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Detail-Oriented : Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy in financial documentation.
