What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the go-to for client queries—friendly, fast, and full of solutions
- Manage onboarding, compliance checks, and ongoing service delivery
- Collaborate with advisers to prepare client reviews, reports, and advice documentation
- Liaise with platforms, providers, and investment teams to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Keep client data up to date in CRM and make process improvements where you see them
About You
You're a people person who loves getting things done. You’re organised, resourceful , and take pride in creating a seamless client experience.
You’ll ideally bring:
- 2+ years in a client service or adviser support role within an advisory firm
- A strong customer-first approach and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with platforms like Xplan
- RG146 compliance
- A genuine interest in ethical, impact-driven investing
