Our client is a client-centric financial planning firm that empowers advisers to focus on delivering exceptional advice and building strong client relationships. Their operational structure is designed to minimise administrative burden, allowing advisers to spend more time with clients and less time on paperwork. Dedicated review, marketing, paraplanning, lending, and implementation teams work together to ensure the adviser’s time is spent where it matters most.
As a Senior Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for providing holistic, compliant, and high-quality advice to a diverse portfolio of existing and new clients. The scope of advice may include:
- Residential & Investment Lending
- Personal & Business Insurance
- Superannuation and Investment Strategies
- Retirement Planning
- Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs)
- Budgeting and Cash Flow Management
- Estate Planning
- Tax Planning (in consultation with accounting partners)
Your client meetings will take place primarily in the office or via video, with occasional off-site meetings as required. You will be supported by a dedicated Associate Adviser and the broader teams, including Review Booking, Paraplanning, and Client Service & Implementation (CSI), ensuring you can focus on client relationships and strategic advice.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive financial advice in line with business service model
- Conduct ongoing reviews with existing clients and identify opportunities for enhanced outcomes
- Build and maintain referral relationships with external professionals and business partners
- Maintain detailed, compliant, and timely client records and file notes
- Ensure all advice meets regulatory and compliance requirements
- Meet individual KPIs as outlined in the Balanced Scorecard
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and complete all required CPD
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, in line with high service standards
