About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Loan Processor or Broker Support Officer to join a collaborative, client-first team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, compliant loan solutions.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for managing the end to end processing of residential loan applications, working closely with mortgage brokers and offshore support to ensure a seamless experience for clients from submission through to settlement.
Key Responsibilities
- Process residential loan applications from lodgement to settlement
- Review loan structures and assist with borrowing capacity and valuation requests
- Package and submit applications with all required compliance documentation
- Liaise with lenders and manage escalations
- Maintain compliant and well-managed files and outstanding tasks
- Apply your knowledge of lender policies to ensure suitable loan solutions
- Provide timely and accurate updates to brokers and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in loan processing or para-broking
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- Strong knowledge of residential lending products and lender policy
- Experience with loan origination systems and lender portals
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
