Broker Associate / Para-Broker – High-Performing Financial Services Firm

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Para-Broker to join a collaborative, client-focused team and play a vital role in supporting brokers with strategy, structure, and seamless loan execution.
The Role:
As a Broker Associate , you’ll work closely with a team of mortgage brokers to support the entire lending journey from strategy to settlement. You'll play a key role in structuring deals, packaging applications, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring everything is compliant, accurate, and delivered with care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support brokers with loan structuring, servicing analysis, and borrowing capacity reviews
- Manage end-to-end loan applications from submission through to settlement
- Package and submit applications, ensuring compliance and accuracy of supporting documentation
- Liaise with lender to manage applications
- Maintain clean, compliant files and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks
- Stay across lender policies and market changes to offer informed support
- Deliver timely updates and proactive communication to brokers and clients
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

- Strategic, well-structured applications submitted right the first time
- High broker and client satisfaction through proactive support and communication
- Demonstrated ownership of tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to add value by identifying opportunities or risks in loan scenarios
What we’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in para-broking, or broker support
- Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- Strong working knowledge of residential loan products and lender policy
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset and genuine passion for supporting brokers and clients
