Our clients is a leading boutique financial firm that offers wealth management, corporate advisory and financial planning services and is in real growth mode. They are looking for a private client adviser/s to join their Sydney CBD based team and work with predominantly High Net Worth clients. You will both inherit existing clients and grow your client book on a regular inflow of warm leads.

This is a business which has grown rapidly over recent years and is attracting people from a variety of blue-chip businesses. You will have full administrative and operational support (including risk and compliance) and the goal of ths role is to focus on wholesale clients, providing top level advice, bringing them investment opportunities across a number of areas.

They have an experiences team with a proven track record in the market, and access to top-tier investment opportunities through their networks and relationships with high-calibre investments and property funds.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW clients through spending the times to understand their needs and provide a professional, tailored advisory service
  • Work as a Partner to your clients rather than "sell" to them and this could also financial planning services
  • Identify and execute on new business opportunities by leveraging the company's referral networks.
  • Act always in a professional manner, adhering to compliance regulations, and risk protocols to deliver ethical, high-quality financial advice
  • Stay informed on financial trends, investment opportunities, and economic conditions to provide relevant recommendations



You will need to be someone who is comfortable backing yourself and understanding how and why you add value to clients. You will be paid handsomely if you put the work in and deliver results and the commission scheme is fantastic, and market leading. The business currently has more leads coming in than they can handle but do need advisers who can operate professionally and with a plan as their clients expect a top tier service.
