The Role
- In this role, you'll be managing your own portfolio of property claims from lodgement to finalisation. You’ll work closely with clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service throughout .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of property claims (strata, residential, commercial) end-to-end
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients, providing regular updates and expert advice
- Collaborate with insurers, loss adjusters, and service providers to drive effective outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in line with compliance standards
- Support brokers with claims-related insights and assistance on complex matters

- Experience in property insurance claims (commercial, strata or residential)
