We are working with a leading organisation that is penetrating the retirement income sector (backed by one of the world’s largest annuity providers) to recruit a Senior Technical Services Manager.

This is a career-defining role where you’ll establish and lead the Technical Services function, play a central role in the launch of a flagship retirement product, and act as the face of technical expertise in the market.

The role

• Provide technical assurance across existing and new products.

• Partner with Distribution in external presentations to advisers and industry groups.

• Respond to technical queries, simplify complex Department of Social Security/ ATO guidance, design and influence the development of go-to-market tools.

• Play a hands-on role in new product launches and the development of the broader retirement road map.

• Strong knowledge of annuities, Social Security, and retirement advice.

• Confident presenter, able to engage advisers and simplify technical detail.

• Experience in growth-focused environments where agility and influence are key.
