Lead the Queensland team and shape the future of employer services in one of Australia’s leading superannuation funds.

You’ll have direct influence on strategic direction, with full ownership of how the state develops its client-facing capabilities. This is a high-profile leadership opportunity with visibility across key stakeholders and career pathways in the Client facing team as well as more broadly in the fund.

Hybrid working (3:2 office-to-home ratio) gives you the flexibility to focus when you need to, while still being close to key stakeholders. You’ll also get access to tailored development programmes and the chance to work alongside experts in investments, marketing, and product.

For those looking to step up, this is your chance to lead a critical state, with the support and resources to help you succeed.

On top of that, you’ll benefit from job security in an uncertain environment, a strong market reputation and consistent top performance that backs your career long-term.

What you’ll do

Lead, coach and develop the Queensland Relationship Management team, building a high-performing culture that delivers exceptional client outcomes. You’ll partner with major employers to drive engagement and retention, ensuring the fund continues to deliver value to its members.

Identify opportunities for organic growth and work closely with key stakeholders to expand the fund’s presence in the state. You’ll also have a voice in shaping the strategic direction of the client team, influencing how services evolve to meet future needs.

What you’ll need

  • Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams
  • Strong relationship management skills, enabling you to build trust with major employers and stakeholders
  • Confidence in decision-making, allowing you to drive strategy and outcomes independently

Superannuation experience is highly regarded, but experience in adjacent financial services industries will also be considered.

About the company

The organisation has built one of Australia’s strongest reputations in superannuation through sustained investment performance, innovation and a genuine member-first philosophy. Success is measured by helping members retire with dignity, while continuing to grow the fund in ways that ultimately benefit members through lower costs and better services.
