The Role
- This position sits within the product team and supports the development of financial advice tools and features. You will act as the face of the business, working closely with advisers to deliver training, support onboarding and ensure they gain maximum value from the platform. You will use your knowledge of the financial advice process to help create strong client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create training content and deliver training sessions
- Capture and analyse business requirements for new features and client projects
- Assist with second level support when issues require further investigation
- Conduct user acceptance testing for new enhancements and features
- Gather user feedback and work with internal teams to support improvements
- Share client insights with the product team
- Assist with onboarding new users and ensure they have the right access and resources
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the financial advice process or financial markets from an operational perspective
- Ideally, a degree in accounting, economics or computer science
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Client focused, enthusiastic and able to work with advisers while managing complaints and suggestions for improvement in real time
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with clear communication
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skill
