role. Which is focused on bringing pre-assessment and medical screening in-house to improve lead times, elevate client experience, and drive great outcomes for clients.
💼 About the Role
- This is a standalone, high-impact position where you’ll build and lead the internal tele-interviewing process from the ground up. You’ll act as a key bridge between the advice team and insurers — ensuring medical assessments are thorough, conversations with underwriters are robust, and the client journey is seamless from start to finish.
- Able to work both office based and remotely
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and develop the in-house tele-interviewing function
- Conduct medical screenings and client fact-finds
- Liaise and build strong relationships with underwriters
- Advocate for clients by challenging decisions when appropriate
- Collaborate with advisers to ensure a smooth and timely advice journey
- Keep records accurate, compliant, and secure
💬 About You:
- 3+ years of experience in tele-interviewing or tele-underwriting
- Confident, warm, and articulate communicator — especially on the phone
- Strong time management and ability to self-manage workflow
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely or independently
- Understands the importance of data integrity in the advice process
- A positive, proactive, and client-first approach
