Adrian is one of the founding Directors and owners of B&K Consulting. 

Adrian takes pride in building trust and meaningful relationships. He takes a long-term approach to business and relationships and believes best practice is achieved through taking the time and care to completely understand individuals' career aspirations. Adrian believes the best partnerships and outcomes come from relationships with an aligned set of values. Through developing an intimate understanding of his clients (employers and candidates), the focus becomes on getting the match right and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties. It remains B&K Consulting's purpose to this day, and we believe it sets us apart. 

One of the driving factors for starting the business was to bring a premium service to the wealth management sector. Our values are trust, a detailed approach, putting people first, and authenticity.

Adrian continues to be driven by building relationships with new market talent and delivering the highest quality people and service to employers. He is passionate about continually developing relationships, increasing his knowledge, and leading by example for the staff at B&K Consulting.
