Garret's academic journey began with a degree in Sociology and Social Policy, which instilled in him a deep understanding of people's unique aspirations and motivations. Building upon this foundation, he pursued a master's in human resource management, equipping him with the strategic insights needed to navigate the intricate world of recruitment.

Before joining B&K, Garret made his mark in the tech recruitment sphere, specialising in the competitive ServiceNow market in Melbourne. His expertise in identifying top-tier talent and aligning it with organisations' needs has been invaluable to candidates and companies.
